You must be at least 18 years old to use Femboy Chat or FemChattia, we use ImGur to upload your images to our server so that we can then send it to our AI model. You agree to the terms of service and privacy policy of ImGur.com

3. User Conduct (Be Nice!)

We want The Fem-Games to be a fun and safe space! You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Submit any content that is hateful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. (Let's keep it cute and friendly!)
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our services, servers, or networks.
• Misuse our AI features, including attempting to generate harmful, inappropriate, or restricted content. Our AI, Femchattia, is designed to be flirty and fun, but not harmful!

4. AI Generated Content

Some content on The Fem-Games, including game levels and AI chat responses, is generated by artificial intelligence (Google AI - Gemini).

• While we strive for fun and engaging AI interactions, please remember that AI-generated content may sometimes be unpredictable or not perfectly accurate.
• The Fem-Games and its owner (JoahtheProto) are not responsible for any specific AI-generated content or any reliance you place on it.
• Interactions with the Femboy AI Chat ("Femchattia") are for entertainment purposes only. It is not a real person and its responses should not be taken as factual or advisory.

5. Intellectual Property

The Fem-Games and its original content (excluding user-submitted ideas and AI-generated content in its raw form from the API), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JoahtheProto and its licensors. Our games, website design, and the "Femchattia" persona concept are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You grant us a license to use any game ideas you submit through the feedback box for any purpose, without compensation to you, though we appreciate your cute ideas!
